Enjoy a specially curated New Year’s Eve menu designed for an unforgettable evening. Guests will be treated to four courses of unique Mediterranean-inspired selections, thoughtfully prepared for the occasion, and welcomed with a complimentary glass of champagne upon arrival.

  • Fried Halloumi

    • Honey drizzle, chili flakes

    Marinated Olives & Feta

  • Trio of Dips

    • Hummus, Babaghanush, Muhammara. Served with warm pita

    Stuffed Pepper

    • Peppers stuffed with rice, herbs, pine nuts

    Octopus Carpaccio

    • Lemon, olive oil, capers

    Marinated Sea Bass

    • Delicate sea bass, cured in fresh lemon and sea salt, served chilled with olive oil

  • Shrimp Saganaki

    • Tomato, feta, oregano, ouzo

    Kibbeh

    • Spiced ground beef, bulgur, pine nuts

    Crispy Calamari

    • Lemon aioli, fresh herbs

  • Lamb Shank

    • Slow-braised, red wine jus, orzo

    Whole Grilled Red Snapper

    • Lemon butter, capers, white wine

    • Tender filet mignon, grilled to perfection, paired with a butter-poached lobster tail.

    Bone-in Ribeye

    • Juicy bone-in ribeye, expertly grilled and seasoned with Mediterranean spices. Finished with herb butter.
